[WebGL]Unity Xbox one controller controls in game doesn't correspond to WebGL controls.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect Xbox One controller to PC.
1. Open attached project.
2. Run the project.
3. Press left trigger.
--- Note that in game view GUI box numbers starts changing when you press left trigger.
4. Make a WebGL development build.
5. Press left trigger.
--- Note that nothing changes.
6. Push left joystick.
--- Note that numbers starts changing.
Expected behavior: Same input when pressed changes GUI box numbers no matter which build, WebGL or in unity play mode, we use.
Actual behavior: Same input corresponds to different controls in unity editor play mode and in WebGL build.
