[WebGL] Timeline Animations from AssetBundle are not played
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. In LoadAssetBundles.cs script at WWW.LoadFromCacheOrDownload add a bundle url -
https://educationavatar.com/documents/21702/28808/assets.unity3d/c1b1d793-8545-4589-b3a7-d3955b670927
3. Build and run on WebGL
4. Notice that the timeline animation does not play
Expected result: timeline animations should play on WebGL builds
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b1, 2017.3.0p1
