WebGL throws an exception on GameObject.CreatePrimitive(PrimitiveType.Cube)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "WebGLCrPr"
2. Build the scene "bug" for WebGL
3. Run the game, wait for 2 seconds after the game is loaded
4. A cube should be created via GameObject.CreatePrimitive(PrimitiveType.Cube), but we get an exception
Notes:
1. I've also tried creating PrimitiveType.Cylinder and PrimitiveType.Sphere, non of these throw an exception,
but the primitives aren't created.
2. Tested with both Firefox and Chrome

The bug still occurs in 5.3.4 (assuming this is the same as https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/webgl-createprimitive-fails-to-create-required-components).
