[WebGL] Directory.Move throws FileNotFoundException when used with ZipFile.ExtractToDirectory
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "webglunziptestfixed.zip"
2. Open Build Settings (File > Build Settings...)
3. Switch platform to WebGL
4. Build And Run
5. Observe browser console
Expected result: no "File not found” errors are found
Actual result: "File not found” error is found
Reproducible with: 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.18f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1 (can't build the project due to errors)
