[WebGL] No warnings/errors are thrown in Editor or WebGL build about VideoClip being unsupported on WebGL platform
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1241263-VideoClipWarning.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Notice that "Video Player" is using "Video Clip" as Source
4. Make a WebGL build and run it
5. Press the "Play" button and notice that nothing happens
6. Open browser's console and see that there are no warnings/errors about VideoClip not being supported
Expected result: User is warned about VideoClip not being supported on WebGL
Actual result: No warnings are thrown in Editor nor in the browser's console
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Tested with: Chrome (83.0.4103.97), Firefox (77.0.1), Edge (83.0.478.45)
Note: On Firefox, "Cannot play media. No decoders for requested formats: video/x-ms-wmv" warning is thrown when trying to start the video
