[WebGL] Build fails if weGLThreadsSupport is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make a WebGL build
3. Inspect the Console window
Expected result: The build process finishes successfully
Actual result: "Internal build system error. BuildProgram exited with code 134.
Unhandled exception. System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation." error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0b5, (tested by downgrading the project) 2022.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1
Notes:
- Couldn't reproduce with exported dependencies in a fresh project
- Downgrading the project causes other errors and crashes when building
