Project build fails and errors are thrown when building for WebGL platform with Exceptions disabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("WebGL_2021.2.0b_Test.zip")
2. Set the Enable Exceptions in Publishing settings as None: Edit > Project Settings > Player > Settings for WebGL > Publishing Settings
3. Build the project for the WebGL platform
Expected result: the project builds successfully, no errors are thrown
Actual result: the project fails to build, errors are thrown in the Editor's Console window
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0a21

The problem is still present on Unity 2021.3.5

Same happening for our project, it's rather unfortunate as we were really looking forward to the new beta builds
