[WebGL] Camera in 3D Scene starts spinning after moving a mouse when player is built for WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
# Open the attached "StandartAssetsWebGL.zip" project
# in File > Build Settings make sure that WebGL Platform is selected
# make sure that the "CharacterFirstPerson" Scene is added in Scenes in Build
# Build and Run
# Start moving with W A S D keys
# Move the mouse to the side to navigate the camera
Expected: The camera moves smoothly following the mouse's direction
Actual: The camera starts shaking when moving the mouse
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Notes:
- Not reproducible with MacOS (M1 Max, version 12.4)
- Reproducible with: Windows 10 (Intel Xeon W-2145 @ 3.70 GHz, GeForce GTX 1080)
- Reproducible with browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Firefox Nightly
