WebGL Builds Leak Memory On .NET 4.x Runtime for Circular References
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and the scene inside of it
2) Open Build Settings
3) Set it to WebGL platform and make sure it's set to .NET 4.x in Player Settings
4) Build and run it
Expected: Memory stays low and stable
Actual: Memory quickly climbs until it runs out and then player fails with an "Out of memory" error
Reproduced in 2017.4.0f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproduced in Windows IL2CPP; nor if .NET 3.5 is used
