[WebGL] Builds don't load in Firefox when browser setting "Never remember history" is active
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Make a WebGL build
3. Open the built Player on Firefox browser
4. Take note that the Player loads up
5. In the browser's preferences, select the "Never remember history" option (Preferences->Privacy & Security->History)
6. Open the WebGL Player again
7. Inspect the Developer Console (shortcut F12)
Expected result: WebGL Player loads up
Actual result: WebGL Player doesn't load and there's a "still waiting on run dependencies" error thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a16, 2020.3.6f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.1.0a15, 2021.2.0a9
