[WebGL] Audio stutters/distorts when played for a while
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Listen to the played Audio for 10 seconds (make sure Mute Audio is not checked)
4. Exit the Play Mode
5. Make a build for WebGL
6. Host the WebGL build
7. Open the built Player in a browser
8. Listen for the Played Audio again for 10 seconds
Expected result: Audio sounds the same as in the Editor
Actual result: Audio is sometimes distorted
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b10, 2020.1.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a15, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a6
Couldn't test with: 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.0b12 (Audio is not played in build)
