External: [WebGL] Artifacts in standard shader with normal maps
-e: see title, it looks better in the editor but has lots of blocky error in a WebGL build
-repro:
--open attached project
--run the scene
--look at the shiny shoe
--notice how it looks
--build&run webgl
--spin the shiny shoe
--NOTICE the blocky artifacts (see screenshot)
