WebGL app won't run from 2017.1
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run for WebGL
Expected: App runs normally
Actual: Project errors out and doesn't run

Not reproduced in 5.6.2p4
Tested with:
Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox 54.0.1 (32 bit)
