[WebGL] 3D audio is not played together with the video on WebGL builds
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1241805-3D_audio_test.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("test_with_video")
3. Configure "video_audio_Cube" object to play video from "Assets/womb_550x300.mp4"
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Move around with WASD or arrow keys and experience 3D audio effect
6. Exit Play Mode
7. Make a WebGL build and run it
8. (Optional) Press "P" to load scene without video and hear that 3D audio is played
Expected result: 3D audio can be heard
Actual result: Audio is fully 2D
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a14
Tested with: Chrome (83.0.4103.61), Firefox (77.0), Edge (83.0.478.44)

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
3D positioning the audio of a video clip is unsupported in WebGL, due to the way that browser handles the video playback on behalf of Unity engine.
