[WebGL 2.0] Depth RenderTexture is black when running the build in the browser
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "TestRenderTextureDepthWebGL.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe the Game view
4. Go to File -> Build And Run
5. Observe the application in the browser
Expected result: The depth RenderTexture is properly captured and displayed over the cube
Actual result: The depth RenderTexture is black
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a4, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a9
Notes:
- The issue is not reproducible on Windows Build
- The issue is not reproducible in Play Mode
- The issue is not reproducible with WebGL 1.0
