[Web on Mobile][Soft keyboard][TMP] Text is not rendered in the TMP Input Fields
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Add TMP package version of 3.2.0-Preview.3 or above (internal link https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/com.unity.textmeshpro/tree/preview)
3. Build the project for WebGL and deploy it to a Mobile device
4. Click on any TMP Input Field (that includes "TMP" placeholder)
5. Enter some letters
6. Tap "OK"
Expected result: Input Fields includes entered text
Actual result: Text is not rendered in the Input Fields
