"Water Surface" Component's "Appearance" section "Advanced Properties" are enabling them
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. In the Hierarchy, right-click -> Water -> Surface -> Ocean Sea or Lake
3. In the Inspector, under the "Water Surface" Component expand the "Simulation" and "Appearance" sections
4. In the "Appearance" header, click the three-dot menu and click "Advanced Properties"
5. Observe the results
Expected results: Additional settings have appeared under the "Appearance" section
Actual results: Additional settings have appeared under the "Simulation" section
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
