Warning tooltip becomes obscured when hovering the warning icon in the Unity Hub Installs tab
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to the Installs tab
3. Hover on the warning icon next to the Editor version
4. Observe the result
Actual result: The warning tooltip is partially obscured by the filter tabs, making the text unreadable
Expected result: The warning tooltip should render above the filter tabs and remain fully readable
Reproducible with: 3.16.3
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
Note: Must have an older Editor version installed which contains the warning icon to reproduce the issue
