[Vulkan] Texture loaded using Texture2D.Load has purple tint when using Linear Color Space
When using linear color space textures loaded using Texture2D.Load has a purple tint. They look fine when using gamma color space or a different graphics API
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "VulkanIssues.zip" which user attached in email and open in Unity
2. Open "main" scene
3. Go to Player settings and set "Graphics APIs for Windows" to use Vulkan
4. Set "Color space" to Linear
5. Save project
6. Build&Run project
Expected Result: On built project, texture looks as it supposed to look
Actual Result: On built project, texture has purple tint
Notes:
- This issue appears only on Nvidia devices
- This issue is not reproducible if Color Space is set to Gamma
Reproduced on Unity 5.6.3f1, 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b6 and 2017.3.0a2
