[Vulkan] Ghost artifacts on Pixel 6 when Opaque Texture and Graphics Jobs are enabled on Vulkan
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user’s project "T1659473_Repro.zip"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Go to Player Settings, and make sure Graphics Jobs is enabled alongside Vulkan Graphics API
4. Build and Run on a Pixel 6 device
5. Put the device in Landscape mode
Expected result: all materials are rendered correctly
Actual result: there are some artifacts on the transparent meshes (see attached “Repro_2022.3.10f1_Vulkan.mp4”)
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14

Notes:
-When these Opaque Textures and Graphics jobs are enabled, if “Enable GPU Instancing” is selected on the material, the artifacts are not visible
- Reproducible when Opaque Textures and Graphics jobs are enabled with Vulkan (and not with OpenGLES 3)
- Reproducible with custom shaders and the default URP/Lit shader
