[VSTU] Installation fails on 5.4.0b10 with error code 1603 in Download Assistant
To reproduce:
1) Run Unity Download Assistant
2) Select VSTU to install
3) Get an error mid-install - http://puu.sh/nAl2E/c35795bca4.png
Download Assistant then fails with error code 1603 (you can ignore the VSTU installation and continue installing still)
Regression in 5.4.0b10

Workaround:
Uninstall the existing VSTU, and the issue will go away next time you're installing it using the Unity Download Assistant.

You have to close Visual Studio during plugin installation :P
