[VR] Windows x86 32-bit players do not appear in VR headset
VR-enabled Windows players only work in VR headsets if they are built for x86_64 architecture. VR-enabled Windows x86 applications will run on the PC but fail to appear in the VR headset. This regression occurred sometime after Unity 5.4 beta 24.
