[VR] Switching from exclusive fullscreen to desktop causes the application to freeze with HTC Vive
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to player settings and enable exclusive fullscreen mode on 'D3D11 Fullscreen mode'
3. Build the project and run it
4. When the application is running, press alt+tab
As a result, the application freezes and mouse input intercepts with the application and it's difficult to shut down the application
Turning off the VR support in the player settings will not reproduce this issue anymore
Device used to reproduce this issue: HTC Vive
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a3, 5.5.0f1, 5.5.0b11, 5.4.3f1, 5.4.2p4
