[VR]Shader is incorrectly offset in Single-Pass
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode in VR
Expected result: "portal" shader objects are the same for each eye
Actual result: the offset for each eye is incorrect
Reproduced on 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.3.0a4
Not reproduced on 2017.1.7f1
Regression introduced in 2018.1.0a1

Severity of 3 indicates a workaround is possible. Can you please inform us how to accomplish that? Stereoscopic reflections are vital to our project. Thanks!
