Fade to skybox image effect doesn't work in a built project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'TestSceneBug' scene
3. Build it for PC standalone
4. Open the built project
As a result, you can only see the sun flare effect and nothing else, due to 'Fade To Skybox' image effect enabled. If you disable the image effect on the 'Main Camera', the issue will not be reproducible anymore.
Device used to reproduce: HTC Vive
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b11, 5.4.3f1, 5.4.2p3
Didn't reproduce on: 5.6.0a1
Couldn't reproduce on 5.3.6p8 due to mismatched API.
