[Vive][SteamVR] Play Mode stops or the Editor closes once XR processes (SteamVR) are shutdown during Play Mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new VR project
2. Set it up for a Vive VR device
3. Enable SteamVR
4. Enter Play Mode and confirm SteamVR works
5. Close SteamVR and observe if the Editor either closes or Play Mode is exited
Expected Results: Play Mode switches out of XR mode once SteamVR is closed while the Editor remains in Play Mode
Actual Results: Play Mode stops as soon as SteamVR is closed or the Editor closes

Not reproducible on according to the user: 2022.3.18f1
Testing Environment: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
-Issue is not reproducible when using Meta Quest headsets with SteamVR

Resolution Note:
We've evaluated this issue and believe that the issue stems from SteamVR and cannot be fixed by Unity. We have communicated this issue to our contacts at Valve.
