[VIVE] Neither Play mode nor built player appears on Vive HMD
Using Unity 2017.1.0b3 I cannot see my scene on the Vive HMD in Play mode. Nor can I see Standalone players built with Unity 2017.1.0b3 on my Vive HMD.
To verify my hardware set-up I created a new test scene with Unity 2017.1.0a4 and viewed it successfully on my Vive HMD in Play mode. However, when I loaded the same project and entered Play mode using Unity 2017.1.0b3 it would not appear in the Vive HMD.
