Visual Studio debugger doesn't doesn't go into the methods with an expression body
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (expressionBodyMethod.zip)
2. Put a breakpoint on the line 13 in the Test.cs script
3. Attach the debugger to Unity
4. In the Sample Scene, enter Play mode
5. Press Space to trigger the breakpoint
7. F11 to go into the method
8. Observe that the debugger doesn't go inside the method
Expected: the debugger goes inside the method with an expression body
Reproduced in 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.5.f1, 2018.2.6f1
Did not reproduce in 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0a10
Not reproducible in 2018.3
