Visual Scripting window is empty when an exception is thrown
Reproduction steps:
# Open the user attached project
# Open the “SampleScene” scene
# In the Assets folder open the “New Script Graph” asset
Expected result: Visual Scripting window displays a graph
Actual result: Visual Scripting window is empty
Reproducible with: 1.7.7, 1.7.8, 1.8.0-pre.1 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a5)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: notice that the issue happens when an exception is thrown, in this case, it’s “UnityException: More than one 'Unity.VisualScripting.SceneVariables' singleton in scene 'SampleScene'.” The window starts to work properly after resolving the issue

We understand that it is personally important enough for you to have filed a bug report, and we are sorry that we will not be able to address it in a timely fashion, but we have to address bugs in order of impact, and unfortunately this one is minor compare to the other issues listed in our backlog
