Regression
Yes
Visual Elements get sent old PointerEnterEvents if their display is set to "None" and then back to "Flex"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "PointerHideBug.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Move the pointer on the brown square
4. When the square disappears move the pointer to the bottom or right side
5. Wait for the square to appear and observe the Console window
Expected result: PointerEnterEvents does not register that the pointer enters the square
Actual result: PointerEnterEvents registers that the pointer enters the square on the same coordinates as it left
