[Visual Effects Graph] Closing the VFX Window autosaves any changes applied
Repro Steps:
1 Create a new HDRP template project
2. Create a new VFX: RMB in the Project window > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
3. Double click the new VFX to open the Graph window
4. RMB and Create Sticky Note
5. Make Edits to the Title or move its position/size
6. Close the Graph window
Expected results: A dialog popup asks the user to save or discard the changes
Actual results: The window closes with no save prompt and the user reopens the Graph Window with the last edits still applied to it.
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2021.2.0a20, 2023.1.0b11
