[Visual Effect Graph] Suitable Contexts drop-down is overlapping with its title from Subgraph Block on zoom in / zoom out
On zooming "Subgraph Block" in or out, "Suitable Contexts" drop-down is overlapping with its title, refer attached screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Windows > Package Manager > Visual Effects Graph > Install
3. Project > Packages > Visual Effect Graph > Editor > Templates > Open Default Subgraph Block
4. Focus on "Block Subgraph" and zoom in / zoom out
Actual Result:
Suitable Contexts drop-down is overlapping with its title on zoom in / zoom out
Expected Result:
Suitable Contexts drop-down doesn't get overlap on zoom in / zoom out

2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.3.0b2
Working fine in:
2019.3.0b1

Visual Effect Graph is introduced in 2019.3.0a10.
