[Visual Effect Graph] Infinite compilation when opening
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the Project window, double click Test asset
3. Observe the Compilation Progress bar
Expected result: Compilation finishes
Actual result: Compilations is infinite
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.27 - 11.0.0(2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.2 - 9.0.0-preview.71(2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1)
