Visual Effect Asset causes infinite "Collecting dependencies" when opened
How to reproduce:
1. Unzip the attached "VFX.zip" file
2. Create a new HDRP project and open it
3. Put the VFX folder into the project's Assets folder
4. In the Project window go to Assets > VFX folder
5. Double click the "Sparks" Asset
6. Observe the Compilation Progress bar
Expected result: Compilation finishes
Actual result: Compilation goes into an infinite loop
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.13f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.11f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19, 2022.1.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.30f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.12f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.10f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a18)
Notes: 5th step can be done with any of the Visual Effect Assets in the VFX folder
