Visual artifacts appear on GameObject and in the Editor windows when GameObject with OnSceneGUI and Graphics.DrawMeshNow is moved in Scene view on macOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/ReproScene.unity" scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “TestDrawMesh” GameObject
4. Move around the selected “TestDrawMesh” GameObject in the Scene view (by clicking the “W” key and moving the X Y Z arrows or the center)
Expected result: No visual artifacts appear
Actual result: Visual artifacts appear on the “TestDrawMesh” GameObject in the Scene view and the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1, 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.25f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (M1 Max), macOS 13.5 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: The visual artifacts occasionally can appear not only on the Inspector window but on other Editor windows such as the Console window, the Hierarchy window

Latest issues
- Reference to a deleted GameObject becomes "None" instead of "Missing" when the GameObject is restored with undo after entering and exiting Play Mode
