[VisionOS] visionos build do not add plugin or frameworks
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Repro“ project
2. Build the project on “visionOS” platform (File > Build Settings > visionOS > Build)
3. Observe the Build’s folder
Expected result: “Plugins/VisionOS/visionOsTest.framework“ is exported
Actual result: “Plugins/VisionOS/visionOsTest.framework” isn’t exported to the build
Reproducible with: 2022.3.25f1
Reproducible on: Windowed application - built using M1 MacOS 14.4.1
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
