[VideoPlayer] .Ogv videos do not play when streamed, editor freezes when the scene is stopped
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene1.unity
3. Play the scene
4. Notice that the video plays
5. Open StreamVideo.cs script
6. Comment the line 45 and make sure that line 46 is uncommented
7. Play the scene
8. Notice that the video does not play
9. Stop the scene
- Editor freezes or crashes without the Bug Reported window at this point
Expected result: Streamed .Ogv videos should play, and should not freeze the editor when the scene is stopped
