VideoPlayer frameReady events aren't triggered for an .mp4 video
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project and scene "VideoFrameReadyTest_Video1"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe Console window
4. Exit Play Mode
5. Open scene "VideoFrameReadyTest_Video2"
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Observe Console window
Expected result: frameReady events are received by 'VideoFrameReadyTest.cs'
Actual result: frameReady events are not received by 'VideoFrameReadyTest.cs'
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20

Resolution Note:
Video clips must start at t=0 for the initial frame to be displayed automatically after calling Pause(). Alternatively, a seek to the known start time can be done before calling Pause().
