Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
Unfortunately browsers do not support HEVC/H.265 due to its patent status. We cannot do anything to help here. Developers should look at targeting AV1/VP9 ( https://caniuse.com/#feat=av1 ) or MPEG-4/H.264 ( https://caniuse.com/#feat=mpeg4 ) videos instead.
