Video with unsupported audio codec doesn't play sound and gives no warnings in the editor
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "audionowarning.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Select Canvas > Working in the hierarchy and make sure that this object is enabled and NoWarningNoAudio is disabled
4. Enter Play mode
5. Audio works
6. Disable Working game object and enable NoWarningNoAudio
7. Enter Play mode
Expected result: if no audio is played due to unsupported audio codec at least a warning should show up
Actual result: no audio and no warnings
Reproduced on:
2017.4.0f1 2017.4.18f1 2018.3.1f1 2019.1.0a13
Notes:
On 2017.4.0f1 the video is flickering

Resolution Note:
Depending on how we read the bug description, the user could mean that he wants a warning _in editor_ for a codec that will not be supported _in device_. We don't have this capability right now, although this may be doable (at the high cost of having to know the capabilities of all types of iOS devices...).
