Video Player does not throw an error when playing a video with unsupported encoding settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-129473" project
2. Open the "VideoPlayerDemoScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Console window
Actual result: No error message appears
Expected result: Error message appears
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
