Video clip in Video Preview window is stretch after applying changes made to dimensions
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select big_buck_bunny.mp4 video
3. In the import settings enable override for Standalone select custom Dimensions (Set width to 1920, height to 1080)
Actual: Notice that video gets stretched and scroll bars appears in preview window, but scrolling doesn't work
Expected: Video should be scaled to fit inside preview window
Reproducible: 5.6.0f1
Not reproducible: 5.6.0b11, 2017.01a3
