[VFX Window] Opening an effect via the edit button does not highlight the button for Target GameObject
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX asset
2. Drag it into the scene
3. Select it, and in the inspector click "Edit"
4. Observe how the asset is opened with the Target visual effect Game Object window opened, but its button is not highlighted
Expected outcome: the Target GameObject button to start highlighted
