VFX System Border title selection highlight is incorrect in some cases
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and install the Visual Effects package
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effect Graph -> Any VFX Graph
3. Navigate to any System Block title and enter the text from the attached "TestTitle.txt" file
4. Select the whole title text and observe the results
Expected results: The highlight is on the whole text
Actual results: The highlight is not on the whole text even though the whole text is selected
Reproducible with: 6000.3.6f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.5f2
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
