VFX Property Binder contextual menu can be slightly scrolled when opened for the first time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "VFXGraphError" project
2. Open the "VFX" scene
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "GanzSeModularHeroKit" GameObject
4. In the Inspector, navigate to the "VFX Property Binder" Component
5. Press the "+" button to open the contextual menu
6. Observe the last option in the menu
Expected results: The last option is not cut off, and the eanu can't be scrolled
Actual results: The last option is slightly cut off, and the list can be slightly scrolled once
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0a1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.61f1
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

This issue will be fixed in an upcoming release. We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize backporting this bug to existing releases. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that a backport may destabilize a release in production.
