[VFX] Graph view interactions are shared between VFX Graph tabs
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Make sure that the window layout is similar to that on the video (both VFX tabs are a part of one pane, only one is visible)
3) Open Graph A, pan it to the side
4) Open Graph B, observe that pan interaction got propagated here as well
Bonus issue:
If you hit Save Project, reopen Unity, only Graph A will remain open. Possible issue serializing open graphs when saving?
