[VFX Graph] VFX Subgraph block is not getting assigned in asset selector window

VFX Subgraph block is not getting assigned in asset selector window after assigning to none.

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new HDRP project.
2. Project Window > Click on "+" > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Subgraph Block.
3. Open > Blackboard > Create Color node > Drag to the Graph editor.
4. Connect to Output Particle Lit Cube node >
5. Press Space bar > Subgraph block > New VFX Subgraph Block.
6. Select VFX Subgraph Block node > Inspector > Assign to none.
7. Inspector > Assign New VFX Subgraph Block.

Actual Result:
VFX Subgraph block is not getting assigned.

Expected Result:
VFX Subgraph block is getting assigned.

Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a20, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.1.0b6 with Package version 10.0.0-preview.27, 9.0.0 preview.33, 8.2.0, 8.1.0.

Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & Mac 10.15.

    By design you can use a subgraph within itself as it creates a loop.
