[VFX Graph] DrawRenderer does not account for Culling Mask of the Camera component
How to reproduce:
- Open the attached project
- Open TestScene
- Enter Play Mode
- Select Main Camera
- Unselect 'offscreenvfx' layer
Expected result: VFX is not rendered when 'offscreenVFX' layer is disabled
Actual result: VFX is rendered even though 'offscreenVFX' layer is disabled
Note: VFX flickers when 'offscreenVFX' layer is disabled
