VFX graph does not render when using Android platform with only OpenGLES3 API available
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "VfxGraphAndroidRepro.zip"
2. Open "ReproScene"
3. Enter Play mode or open Game view
4. Observe VFX in the Scene
Expected result: Visual effects are rendered
Actual result: Visual effects are not rendered (Scene is empty)
Reproducible with: 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.12f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b3), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a4)
Note: The issue does not reproduce if Vulkan API is added in Player settings (OpenGLES3 can still be selected as main API)
