[VFX Graph] Capacity Issue when using GPUEvent and Strips.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity Project
2. Import the Provided unity package
3. in a new scene, Drag and Drop theVFXG_STRip_GPUEvent_Capacity asset.
4. This VFX is composed of 4 system(2 parent and child with GPUEvnt relationshop).
Actual results:
The Parent system that spawn Strips seems to have is Particle capacity capped to its child Strip capacity. It's not the case with the system that spawn regular particles.
Expected results:
The parent system that spawns strip thanks to GpuEvent shouln'd be capped to its child's strip capacity.
